Roblevybass started following NS Design WAV4 for sale

I'm selling my WAV4 EUB in excellent condition, with stand and case. The only slight change is that a previous owner has put small white dots on the side of the neck. These are actually quite helpful! Those who are familiar with these basses will know that they are great to play in all styles, with plenty of 'mwah' I'm open to any sensible offers. I would prefer pickup in or near London, but could send for £20. IMG_2069.HEIC IMG_2070.HEIC IMG_2071.HEIC IMG_2072.HEIC IMG_2073.HEIC IMG_2074.HEIC IMG_2075.HEIC

I thought it was better back in the 70's / 80's, who remembers the Bass Centre?! But if you think the UK is bad, I've just moved from Pakistan where it's terrible. Only cheap 'no name' chinese copies which are so bad they're just expensive firewood, and a range of PA and studio gear which is fake, plus virtually no decent 'small' items like leads. When I first arrived I went in and asked what bass amps they had for sale and I got shown a little Nux 10watt practice amp, I asked what they had for gigging, he looked perplexed and just pointed back at the Nux. Oh, and no drums.... at all. Now in Riga and it's better but mostly Ibanez, Squier etc, anything more and it's a drive to Germany but at least Thomann is a days courier away (although trying out something is harder). Again, very lacking in the drum department though. Decent studio gear here, with prices the same or cheaper than the UK and at most a day or two delivery.

I think they can get away with it seeing as they've sold out Madison Square Garden previously. I've put aside my reservations** and gone for an aisle seat at the side. ** at their Brixton Academy gig last time, someone who'd clearly had too many two-pint glasses of lager came pinwheeling out of the crowd just outside of my field of view, and thanks to the surrounding commotion I only just noticed he was in the open stages of sicking it all up slightly too late

Are those frets hard down or just buzzing? If it's the latter, then it would be as effective - and it would mean retaining the full (and impressive!) improvement in action - to file the buzzing frets a touch. I use nail file emery boards from a supermarket and can run through with you how to do it without wrecking anything. If they are absolutely hard down, you could still do that but probably safer to adjust the shim a touch as you describe.

Recently acquired and cleaned and sorted by myself. Its a phenomenonal amp. So much power, but also so much tone shaping with the 3 presets, eq band eq, and eq tilt dial. Dual compressor which is very good. Mixable valve and solid state preamp. Fx in and out, with adjustable volume dial. Xlr out. Really is top notch, everything works perfectly. Also comes with original receipt and manual. Only selling as my van has been written of and my car is a 2 seater so I can't transport it, so I need to swap it or buy something I can fit in the car. Also comes with dolly trolley. Definitely a classic and collectors item. This is in great condition. If it doesn't sell, I'll just take the head out, rack it, and get 2 smaller cabs. Need the funds to buy a smaller modular rig, so not really up for swaps unless it's something like a squier 40th bass, sire bass etc. Collection Leyland Lancashire

1985 Yamaha BB1100S My old Mexican P bass was rather uninspiring after having it a few years so I replaced it with this and its really nice to play and sounds great. Huge tonal range

Nice - we do plenty of those as well - although I've recently become "that" band member who can never make practice and only rocks up an hour or so before the service for one run through before we play...
