  1. Past hour
  2. Sure is a lovely looking bass. I hope you find a buyer. My first alembic was a SC signature and in recent years I got a new loom from alembic to convert it to anniversary electronics. Truly great basses.
  3. There are lots of very optimistically priced things out there. 3Leaf stuff being another example. Whether folks are actually willing to pay that much is a different matter.
  4. My lasting memory of my 1516 was our singer's "Dude, your cab broke my car....", that and it going walkabout (geddit) in the back of a courier van only to be located in rural Suffolk 3-months later
  5. 140 uk pounds is $325 NZ looking at Reverb there's $6-900 asking prices by gum
  6. I'm actually going to disagree there (based on my 2x15s). The ergonomics of the cabs handles is better than the single (top) handle on the Walkabout. Originally, you could get a sort of trolley, that attached to the back of the combo, but I've not one in the flesh ever.
  7. I can't believe you still have this! If I didn't already have a 500 I'd bite your hand off. A bargain awaits someone... GLWTS
  8. Lovely. Almost makes me want a painted bass.
  9. ....but not as difficult as a 1516
  10. You can also find some quite high quality midi files for free or for a few quid on most tunes. Those files hand in hand with some choice VSTIs can get you a pretty decent basis of a track. Then add little bit of your own playing on top for abit of flavour. That's what I do for the tracks with my band. It can take a bit of time, but I quite enjoy the process! Just need to ensure you dont use the very obvious and unnatural midi file bits.
  11. They did at one point. I’ve seen a few around £135-150 over the last year.
  12. try iii / vi7 / ii / V7 / next week
  13. I'm really getting into that classic Spector sound. I love that strident, wiry tone. I like aggressive-sounding basses, and the NS2 definitely falls into that category.
  14. there's a lot of pedals I have not seen or heard looks like fun
  15. I am unconvinced I hear a difference between MIJ OC-2 and the OC-5 I can say the OC-5 can get a few notes lower before becoming unusable Will keep both , one on each board , if I had to have 1 only ,then the OC-5 probably Another observation is prices of MIJ OC-2 seem to have skyrocketed (?)
  16. Absolutely, I'd urge anyone to compare the neck of one of these to a USA Fender. Quite staggering.
  17. That's fabulous! What sort of printer is it?

  19. BOSS VE20 VOCAL PERFORMER in good condition. Fully working pedal. This thing is mental. Too much info to list, but click the link for the manual https://www.boss.info/au/support/by_product/ve-20/owners_manuals/4231ce9a-c57e-4dab-b770-b42304e6e51f/ Free postage to mainland UK.
  20. Vox VT30 Valvetronix modelling gitwrist combo for leccy guitars. Wonderful condition, no faults. Some unknown has reviewed this against other small combos https://www.gad.net/Blog/2010/07/20/vox-vt30-valvetronix-amp-review/ And full spec at Gear for music to save me the hassle. https://www.gear4music.com/G4M/Vox-VT30-30W-Combo-Amplifier/6SOP Needs collecting in person.
  21. LANEY RICHTER R115 400 watt cab, 8 ohm on castors, though its not a heavyweight All good though slightly scruffy cosmetically, functions as it should, no faults. Loud ! Its cheaply priced so no haggling 🤪 Collection only
  22. Hopefully I'll live up to that expectation when the time comes!
  23. I've just searched and it was me asking about fitting my spare 15" Subway speaker into my Walkabout combo. Your new one is a lovely looking bit of kit. They're just amazing amps. Difficult to move about (more bulk than sheer weight) but worth every effort.
  24. I absolutely love this bass!!!!
  25. Thanks Steve, I'll take a look 🙏
